In the fix for PHOENIX-4010, there is a potential null dereference. Turned out
when we ran a previous version of HashJoinIT with PHOENIX-4010 backported.
The caches field is initialized to null and may be dereferenced after "Retrying
when Hash Join cache is not found on the server ,by sending the cache again".
