Good news - we can include an HBase 1.4 compatible release for the next 4.14.0 RC since all test failures have been fixed. There'll be a slight delay, though, because we need to wait until the 0.14.0 release of Tephra for transaction compatibility. If all goes well, we should be able to have the next RC up on Thu (5/24).
