I was made aware that our downloads page only links to the closer.cgi script
and does not proactively point users towards the xsums+sigs hosted (only) on
dist.a.o.
We need to update our website such that we can be confident in saying that we
showed users how they need to validate our releases they download from
third-party mirrors.
