Fix For: 4.14.1
This test class was apparently doing the wrong thing, testing with
isNamespaceEnabled=false even though the server is created with
IS_NAMESPACE_MAPPING_ENABLED true.
It wasn't apparent until PHOENIX-4579 which added a check for this.
