I think we just need to set increase the values of
{{TxConstants.Service.CFG_DATA_TX_CLIENT_DISCOVERY_TIMEOUT_SEC}} to a higher
values like 60 seconds, right? Do we need the change you committed that sets
{{TxConstants.Service.CFG_DATA_TX_BIND_PORT}} and
{{OmidTransactionProvider.OMID_TSO_PORT}} to use TestUtil.getRandomPort() ?
