A few tests are failing on 4.x-cdh branch. This ticket if for bringing the
branch back into a building status and also to act as an umbrella to track
further work on reenabling this tests.
Also IT parallelism has been reduced to 4.
Four tests below are failing when building via Maven. Some of them work fine
when run independently.
