The Omid integration (PHOENIX-3623) and splittable SYSTEM.CATALOG(PHOENIX-3534) are complete, so I think now is a good time to have release 4.15 and 5.1. We are working on moving the connectors and queryserver to a separate repo (see PHOENIX-5062 and PHOENIX-5063).
