phoenix-core just seemed to have a few flappers, but there were non-flappy errors on phoenix-queryserver and phoenix-pherf. While the query-server is split out into the connector project in later branches of Phoenix, in 4.14 it's still part of the core Phoenix distribution. One of the pherf errors looks similar to PHOENIX-5327, which might need to back ported.
