Each Apache project is governed by a Project Management Committee, or PMC. On behalf of the Apache Phoenix PMC, I'm pleased to announce that Chinmay Kulkarni has accepted our invitation to join. Chinmay has been a dedicated contributor and committer, and has recently volunteered to be RM for our upcoming major 4.15 and 5.1 releases.
