Currently Phoenix exposes Global Client Metrics and Request Level Metrics.
Histogram based Table level Client Metrics for the currently available
[metrics|https://phoenix.apache.org/metrics.html] could be useful to monitor
performance and load on once particular table. Since the current Global Client
Metrics is exposed via MBean similar thing could be done for the per table
metrics. We can register one MBean for each table and have attribute values as
[histogram|https://hbase.apache.org/2.0/devapidocs/org/apache/hadoop/metrics2/lib/MutableTimeHistogram.html]
snapshots of the metrics.
