I believe all of the tasks we asked Infra to complete for the purpose of
"graduating" these two podlings into Phoenix is complete.
That said, as far as I know, we are done from the Phoenix side of this.
CC'ing Alan in case there are more Incubator things that we need to do
to close up the podlings.
I have admin on the OMID and TEPHRA projects. Please feel free to shoot
me a note (ASF Slack or email) if you'd like to be added to either of
those projects. For any other questions/concerns, replying here is best.
I hope to see some leaders rise up to start defining some processes for
each of these projects. We have a lot of flexibility to define how Omid
and Tephra releases will happen, and how they fit into Phoenix.
