As part of PHOENIX-2566, the error message was changed for constraint violation
exceptions where the full table name is no longer shown when there is a unique
key violation.
*New error*: java.sql.SQLException: ERROR 218 (23018): Constraint violation.
UNIQUE_KEY may not be null
*Old error*: Foo.bar.pk may not be null
