When we ran a query without "from table TABLE_NAME" we had an
EMPTY_TABLE_RESOLVER which did not provide support for UDFs.
I refactored the code but the new ColumnResolverWithUDF is basically looks like
the old EMPTY_TABLE_RESOLVER plus functions from BaseColumnResolver to support
UDFs.
I have created a cluster to test the new code and it works.
