Many ITs are not lightweight and it's taking a while to run. We should consider
spending effort to have another daily/week build for comprehensive ITs, such as
try diff type of the columns, value is/not nullable, with/without index/local,
table with a global view, tenant view, view index, etc. Ideally, our every
build should only run lightweight ITs, and daily/weekly build should run the
full test suite.
