See parent. Improve the tests in the following simple ways:
# Tests with larger sets - it's still fast, inserting 10k rows takes about 0.3s
# Test with multiple global and local indexes
The test is the same as in parent: Multiple regions, multiple writers,
inserting new values, and updating existing values)
Since it's only simple test changes, I'm just going to commit.
