This is last major blocker to releasing 0.16 that I know of.
Please review the attached PR.
The important part is restoring Java 7 support, which happens in two lines in
pom.
The difficult part was getting the Travis tests running.
I had to skip the tests in Travis for CDH HBase versions on JDK7,
but since those are ancient and not supported by any active Phoenix release, I
think that that's not a big loss.
