We currently attempt to include the Omid and Tephra daemons and their startup
scritpts in the Phoenix assembly.
This duplicates the code for setting up the server components in the Tephra and
Omid assemblies, and is prone to breaking when changes are made.
Remove the files related to the daemon processes, and update the documentation
to refer to the Omid and Tephra assemblies for setting up their respective
daemon components.
