I have identified a few more critical-blocker issues that should be fixed before release:
PHOENIX-6323 and PHOENIX-6324 are incorrectly set HBase capability flags that affect the operation of indexing. I hope that Geoffrey can review these. PHOENIX-6326 is a Java 11 incompatibility that can be solved by bumping the Hadoop version we use to 3.1.4. AFAICT by reading the Hadoop docs, the upgrade should be safe, but I'd like to request reviews from those with more experience with Hadoop upgrades. Looking forward to your reviews and opinion.
