If we run "mvn package" (without clean) after "mvn clean install", we get above 
issue.
However, "mvn clean package" and "mvn clean install" both are working
just fine. Hence, I think we are good here.

Let's wait for Daniel to confirm the command which caused issue and in the
meanwhile, I will start with RC testing.
