The Hue project requests that we expose the primary key metaData via the
SqlAlchemy interface.
We should implement this in the meta class, then expose it to the SqlAlchemy
interface.
We should also check if there are other JDBC meta methods that make sense WRT
Phoenix, and expose those as well.
