Description:
We're calling PhoenixKeyValueUtil.maybeCopyCell in quite a few places.
This copies off-heap cells to to the heap, which is expensive, and probably
hurts performance.
Try to assess the performance impact of this, and handle off-heap cells
natively, if possible.
