We're currently adding a number of ignores for dependency plugin for modules in
compile scope that are not directly used in the code, but are necessary (f.e
omid artifacts)
We should change those dependencies to runtime scope, and configure the
dependency plugin to ignore runtime dependencies instead. (Which it does not do
by default, for some reason)
