We should check what happens if we update ZK and curator here, but the included
HBase pulls older versions.
Is this handled gracefully by the maven build ?
Do we add the correct (new) versions to the assembly and to the dependencies ?
Does Hbase work with these versions ?
What the effective ZK and HBase version in Phoenix is going to be if we bump
the versions here first ?
