Description:
On my laptop ParallelPhoenixConnectionTest hangs reliably when running mvn
clean package.
When running the test alone, it passes.
Fixing the other tests to clean up EnvironmentEdgeManager fixes the problem.
Note that I did not check the integration tests, only the "unit" tests.
