Ranganath Govardhanagiri resolved PHOENIX-2144.

Resolution: Won't Fix
As per the JSON ISO standard document the 4 query functions defined are :
JSON_VALUE, JSON_QUERY, JSON_EXISTS and JSON_TABLE.
Following ISO standard, we have created PRs to implement those. We have also
chosen BSON as the data store format for its proven efficiency and use in
MongDB.
Resolving this as won't fix. Please let me know if you have any concerns.
