- Built and installed the commit locally
- Ran "mvn clean package -Dphoenix.thirdparty.version=2.1.0" successfully
on 5.1 and master
- Run smoke test successfully with phoenix-sandbox on 5.1
- Release notes look good
- Checksum is OK
- Signature is OK
