When processing an ALTER statement on a table and generating an effective
CREATE TABLE statement, SchemaTool does not escape the value of BLOOMFILTER
like BLOOMFILTER='ROW' and it does not escape column names with multiple column
families where column names could be "_".
This leads to parsing exceptions when parsing the create table statement for
the next alter statement.
