Add Jacoco code coverage report to existing CI process to get code coverage
before merging the PR.
In SFDC world we have a check where we need atleast 80% code coverage for any
incoming change, As we works on JIRAs we push it in Open Source first and then
backport it to our internal fork, we see our commits missing 80% coverage and
then lightfork diverts from opensource if we add more tests and it will help in
increasing codecoverage and adding more quality tests overall
