Currently all our ITs except some are run with normal Single PhoenixConnection.
We have some ITs which run DualClient but that doesn't cover all the edge cases.
We can utilize our extensive ITs by creating a profile and when that profile is
enabled instead of running ITs we are running now, run it in HA environment by
creating 2 miniclusters and creating a HA Connection.
This will help uncover issues early in Phoenix Dual Client.
