Description:
As of today, we support CDC stream name format with - as separator to separate
cdc name prefix, table name, cdc object name, cdc index timestamp. However '-'
is valid character used while creating HBase tables. We should use separator
that is not allowed in table names e.g. "#", "$" or "!" etc.
We can use "#" as separator.
