Description: (was: {{testAsyncRebuildAll}} queries {{SELECT * FROM
SYSTEM.TASK}} with no {{WHERE}} clause, then asserts the first row matches its
data and that there is only one row total. On the shared
{{ParallelStatsDisabledIT}} cluster, other tests can create or leave behind
task entries, causing the positional assertions and the "single row" assertion
to fail intermittently.)
