This is source and binary release. Unfortunately the first RC was sunk due to a test failure. Jenkins run for 2.2.3 https://builds.apache.org/job/Phoenix-2.2.3/1/ Please try out the new RC. It would upgrade your existing table metadata on first connection. Vote +1/-1 by Feb 12 on whether we should release this as 2.2.3. Thanks, Mujtaba
