Most Linux(including ubuntu, Fedora, Redhat, CentOs etc) has python installed
by default. I have run the tests and those scripts work fine.
[~lhofhansl] On top of what Enis mentioned above, he did lots of hbase on
windows porting work. It's really paint point for him to port & test & keep
both version in sync.
