It would not work correctly.
- maxSetBit = Math.max(maxSetBit, nLongs * Bytes.SIZEOF_LONG -
1);
+ maxSetBit = Math.max(maxSetBit, nLongs * BITS_PER_LONG - 1);
maxSetBit would be smaller than it should be. Thus, toBytes() would not
serialize all necessary bits.
