Summary: Pig integration tests don't get run via Maven

The integration tests within the phoenix-pig module don't get run via Maven,
due to some missing configuration information in the pom of that module.
Additionally, PhoenixHBaseStorerIT is currently broken (the SQL used for
validating results is invalid).
