[~jamestaylor]: Regarding 4.0 branch compatibility, if the the code compiles in
4.0 branch then it should be good because the code for this patch is very
generic code.
What is your opinion about bumping hbase version to 0.94.19? If we dont bump
then running Phoenix with a secure cluster requires tweaking with classpath. It
will be less than ideal for users.
