The patch is quite long, I will have a look at it later.
For the BinInterSedes, I think that adding a new byte type for each specific
tuple and modifying readTuple() should do the trick.
I am a bit concerned about the access to PrimitiveTuple.
Specifically, do we always have the schema available when we need to read a
field?
