                 Key: PIG-2487
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIG-2487
             Project: Pig
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: grunt, parser
    Affects Versions: 0.9.1, 0.9.2, 0.10, 0.9.3
         Environment: Mac OS X
            Reporter: Russell Jurney
            Priority: Critical

I spend a lot of time debugging scripts, where I forget to start pig with
params, and suddenly my filters result in 0 records getting through the script.
I would like a LOUD error on this, when it happens.
