Hien,
New features are normally only added to trunk, with bug fixes and some
stability fixes getting backported. Do you guys not build your own Pig? That's
what we've been doing at twitter -- it allows Apache to have a stable release
while we bleeding-edge people can use patches from trunk, and take the lumps
when they don't work.
