I just checked and {{default_parallel}} doesn't show up in the jobconf when set
so we should add it in the same format:
{noformat}
pig.info.reducers.default.parallel
{noformat}
Since {{pig.info.reducers.runtime.parallel}} is what becomes
{{mapred.reduce.tasks}}, no we don't need that one.
