Updating a patch that adds the 'matches' op to predicate pushdown.
I added a simple test case to TestPartitionFilterPushDown and ran test-commit.
(TestPoissonSampleLoader fails, but it seems broken in trunk.)
Please let me know if I should add a test to somewhere else, or I overlooked
something.
