Why is the test excluded? Is it because it's irrelevant, or b/c it's too big?
If it's irrelevant, we should remove it. If it's too big we should either have
a special test-extra that has some heavier load tests, or whatever. But I
dislike the current state of having these random excluded tests.
Any thoughts?
