Here is what I did-
# Merged latest trunk changes into tez branch.
# Rebase Mark's patch by removing changes that are not relevant to PIG-3591.
# Fixed TestMRCompiler and TestTezCompiler. (Gold files were incorrect.)
# Made minor clean-ups while reading through the patch.
# Ran ant test-commit -Dexectype=mr -Dhadoopversion=20 and confirmed that only
TestExampleGenerator fails.
# Ran ant test-tez and confirmed that all the tests pass.
# Ran all the tez e2e tests.
I am attaching the patch that I committed to tez branch.
