+1. Did these: 1. checked directory layout, license 2. checked md5 and asc 3. checked rat report, all applicable java files has license header 4. run several query on Hadoop 1 cluster
You do need to upload pig-0.12.1.tar.gz.asc which is missing. There is an extra directory contrib/piggybank/java/testPathPartitioner-testGetKeys-1396683627483 in both source and bin tarball, but I don't think it is bad enough to reroll a RC.
