Ran couple of e2e tests in Join and MergeJoin and TestFinish unit test. Found
that unit tests like TestBinaryExpressionOps, TestFRJoin were hanging with last
task waiting for input. See that it was happening even before TEZ-692. Will
investigate and file a separate jira for that.
