JobControl instance inside MapReduceLauncher does not get reset after the job
is done. Since HangingJobKiller will exist in JVM for a very long period of
time through ShutdownHook, and it references MapReduceLauncher, which
references JobControl. This led to a potential memory leak of JobControl.
