I think the implementation of Accumulator is pretty straightforward - I
extented AccumulatorEvalFunc and so that very few changes were needed.
I hope the unit test I added make sense - I'd appreciate if someone looked at
it to see if it's good enough for covering the Accumulator case.
Or if I've done anything else silly.
