Thanks, [~kellyzly]. Looks like PIG-1874 made PigContext#packageImportList
thread local to support concurrent PigServers running in separate threads. I'm
afraid we are breaking that functionality by reverting to a static variable.
Also, I don't think I understand the issue very clearly here. Do you know why
this not a problem when we use MR engine ?
