We need to fix it to honor tez.staging.dir setting if tez-site.xml has it
instead of having new setting. If not defined in tez-site.xml, then we use pig
temp directory. I already have a patch for it, mixed in with some other patch
which is work in progress. Let me separate it out and put that one now.
