Fix Version/s: 0.13.0
0.14.0
0.13.0 and 0.14.0 release artifacts are removed from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/pig. And changed
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Pig/HowToRelease to reflect the
change.
